Ready-to-Ship Items:
Ready-to-Ship Items will be prepared for shipment within 5 business days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
Typically, delivery will occur within 1-3 days after shipping for domestic orders (Japan), but delays may occur due to weather or traffic conditions. Please be aware of this in advance.
Delivery date and time cannot be specified. Items will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
For international orders, we expect delivery within 10 to 15 days. However, delivery times may vary based on the destination and each country’s customs clearance process. Additionally, factors such as weather conditions and COVID-19 restrictions may further impact delivery times.
Made-to-Order Items:
Made-to-Order Items typically require approximately 2-3 months for production and preparation before they are ready to be shipped. Shipping will occur as soon as the items are completed and in stock.
If you purchase both Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order Items, the Ready-to-Ship Items will be shipped first, and the Made-to-Order Items will be shipped as they become available.
Combining or Splitting Shipments:
We cannot combine or split shipments after the order has been placed.
For Ready-to-Ship Items, items ordered at the same time will be shipped together, while items ordered separately will be shipped individually.
For Made-to-Order Items, all items ordered together will be shipped together once all items are available, while products ordered separately will be shipped individually.
